Consultants gave updates on the status of the progress of their assigned program director’s work on the selfstudy. 4. Thielman noted that there was a glitch with the analysis of the PRC survey data. Some questions allowed a “Does Not Apply” option which was coded numerically as a 6 and included in the numerical computation of mean ratings. This may skew the ratings to be slightly higher than they actually are. Consultants should make program directors aware of this. Committee members requested that the Provost’s office re-run the data to get the correct numbers. 5. Thielman reviewed the 2015-16 PRC Program Review Schedule, noting one change of date. 6. A question was raised as to whether there were any general instructions about the PRC process for new program directors and new consultants. None currently exists. Ogden volunteered to start a draft of such a document. Discussion ensued on what that should include. 7. B.S. Human Development and Family Studies, Presentation. Program directors Dr. Amanda Barnett (on-campus program) and Dr. Julie A. Zaloudek (on-line program) presented highlights, strengths and concerns about the HDFS program and responded to questions from committee members. 8.
