Contacted inflatable company and confirmed picnic date on May 15th. Silent Auction basket coordinators have received an email. In March/April, Chris will
be sending out volunteer forms and emails to SP families. The readers of the Sun ThisWeek newspaper have voted our very own, Chris Ice, as
the best teacher in our area. Way to go, Mrs. Ice! Mrs. Nordquist’s class won the Box Tops competition. A huge thank you to Cori & James Young for counting 66,000 Box Tops. Thanks to all
supporters. We earned $6,600 dollars and proceeds will go towards SP Technology. Thank you Alicia Westbrock for coordinating the Winter Conference dinner, the
volunteers and the food contributions. The meal for the teachers at conferences
was delicious and amazing (good comfort foods and enough for everyone). Jump Rope for Heart Update-Ann • This is Shannon Park's 22 for participating in the American Heart Association Jump Rope
for Heart event. • This year we will have 406 third through fifth grade student participants jumping during the
morning and afternoon sessions. • Over the past ten years, we have been in the TOP 4 schools in fundraising for the

AHA. Shannon Park has been recognized twice in the TOP 100 Schools nationwide
