— English- 12 credits
— Social Studies- 12 credits
— Math- 9 credits
— Science 9 credits
— Ex. Sp I, II, Safety ed, Wellness + 3 more PE
— Arts- 1 credit (Music, Dance, Art, Design, etc…)
— Electives- enough to equal 66 credits
4 year colleges require/recommend
— 2 years or more of a single world language
— 1 year of visual or performing arts
— 4 years of Math and Science

Dealing with Stress
Some stress is inevitable
-Grades, self esteem, relationship problems, family problems, fear of future,
health issues, money etc.
SOME STRESS CAN BE GOOD! BUT when it is too much…
Healthy Ways
} Exercise (the “magic pill”)
} Good nutrition (especially PROTEIN)
} Adequate SLEEP
} Talking things out
} Journaling, drawing, music
} Relaxation techniques (deep breathing, yoga)
} Consider medical interventions if needed
