Thomas Lake Elementary Thomas Lake School Store Student Application 2012-­2013 Student Name_____________________________________________________________________ Teacher____________________________________________________________________________ We invite all interested future fourth grade students to work at the school store. Fourth grade students will be scheduled to work on Wednesday mornings and fifth grade students on Friday mornings beginning at 8:50 am. Duties will include stocking shelves, courteously waiting on customers, making change, and showing up promptly on your scheduled work days. Traing will be provided. Each student will be given a schedule of when they will be working in September and again in December. Fifth grade students will work the store the month of September, with our new fourth grade workers starting sometime in October. On average, each student is scheduled to work three different mornings throughout the school year. Any questions should be directed to Mrs. Petrulo at (651)683-­‐6890.
