personnel responded and determined the male was intoxicated and under the influence of marijuana. Male was cited by police for minor in

Campus Public Safety Officers contacted two students arguing in the middle of a public roadway. The two students were separated and CPS
Officers determined the argument was between a romantic couple and was non violent and non physical. Both parties were encouraged to
separate for the night.

orientated. Student had also suffered a bloody nose as the result of a ground level fall. Student refused medical attention and transportation to a

and removed from campus by Forest Grove Police.
