Campus Public Safety was contacted by Residence Assistance of an odor of Marijuana inside the residence hall. CPS Officer arrived and
assisted the RA’s inside room. CPS Officer and RA’s found drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and alcohol containers. All persons inside the room
were under the age of 21. All items were seized for evidence, and alcohol was destroyed on scene. Students referred to CRC.

SUMMARY
Campus Public Safety was notified by an Einstein’s Bagel employee that they witnessed a male adult stealing soda from the cooler, and that
suspect was still in the store. CPS Officer responded and questioned suspect who then admitted to theft of soda from the cooler. Suspect was
searched and five twenty ounce Coca Colas were found in his back pack. Hillsboro Police were called and suspect was cited for misdemeanor
theft. Suspect was trespassed by CPS from Pacific University property.

SUMMARY
Campus Public Safety was notified by a student of a lost diamond tennis bracelet. It was lost a week prior in either Jefferson Hall or C-Lot.
Student checked all resources to see if the bracelet was turned in and fliers were distributed. After little over a week from reporting the bracelet
lost, it was located and turned into CPS. The bracelet was returned to the student.

Campus Public Safety received a report of stolen property from the Stoller Athletic Center outside the handball courts. Five students in total
reported that they left their bags out in the hall of the handball courts and when they finished they noticed their bags were gone. CPS conducted
an area check of LPAC, Soccer and Cannery area no suspects identified or property recovered at the time of the report. A bag was later
recovered and returned to the owner.
