Incident: Incident Category
Campus Public Safety found graffiti on
University signage. There are no
identified suspects at this time. A work
order was submitted to Facilities for the
graffiti removal. Report forwarded to
Police.
Campus Public Safety received multiple
reports of a former student trespassing
on campus. Police and CPS located the
former student who was arrested for
criminal trespass and lodged in the
county jail.
Campus Public Safety responded to a
medical incident involving a contract
staff member. The staff member was
transported to a local hospital via
ambulance.
Campus Public Safety responded to a
residential building for reports of
marijuana being in a students room.
CPS seized marijuana and
paraphernalia that later was turned over
to police. The student was referred to
CRC.
Campus Public Safety was notified
about an conference attendee feeling ill.
No medical transportation occurred and
the attendee was picked up by their
parent.
Campus Public Safety and Forest
Grove Police took report of a residential
apartment that had been burglarized
over the holiday break. Police are
investigating the incident.
Campus Public Safety responded to a
report of an intoxicated male at an
academic building. Campus Public
Safety found a student experiencing a
medical issue. Student was transported
by ambulance to a local hospital.

Custodial staff slip and fell on the floor Medical Report
while mapping Aramark.
CPS made contact with a non student Criminal Trespass, warning,Drugs
male at the Lincoln Park Athletic
Complex who was in possession of
marijuana. Police responded and seized
the marijuana and turned the juvenile
over to their parent.CPS trespassed the
juvenile from University property.
Campus Public Safety was notified of
an on the job work injury involving a
staff member. No medical treatment
was sought for by staff member at the
time of the injury or report of the injury.
Medical Report
Campus Public Safety was notified by a
staff member that the University keys
checked out to them were stolen. No
suspects at this time.
CPS received a report from a student of
a non student male going through the
trash cans in the UC and making
students uncomfortable. The male was
located, identified and trespassed from
University property.
Campus Public Safety took report of a
broken sink in a UC restroom that
occurred during a student dance. There
are no suspects at this time.
Campus Public Safety assisted
Resident Assistants with a noise and
alcohol violation in a residence hall
room.
Campus Public Safety responded to a
call about a nonstudent involved in an
alcohol violation. Nonstudent was
trespassed from campus.
Campus Public Safety was notified of a
trip fall on Campus. Staff member was
evaluated by Forest Grove Fire and
Rescue and was not transported.
Campus Public Safety was notified of a
possible theft of a students personal
property from a University building.
There are no suspects or witnesses yet
identified.
Campus Public Safety was notified of
damage to a University vehicle. The
damage occurred on a sanctioned
University trip off campus.
Campus Public Safety was notified of a
student has not report for spring
semester. Case referred to Forest
Grove Police.
Campus Public Safety took report of
two unknown suspicious males that
were yelling at the women's lacrosse
team and making them uncomfortable
near the soccer stadium. Information
was forwarded to FGPD.

male claiming to be affiliated with a
student. The non student was
trespassed for all University property
and was escorted off campus.
Campus Public Safety took report of a
non student who backed his vehicle into
Trombley Square, causing damage to
the brick work.
