Campus Public Safety responded to a domestic non- Failure to Comply, Theft III,
physical argument between two students. Information Welfare Check
referred to Student Life.
Campus Public Safety located graffiti on a University Criminal Mischief III
building. There are no suspects at this time.
Campus Public Safety located damage to university
property. There are no known suspects.
Campus Public Safety responded to take report of a
injury involving a University staff member.
Student upset about parking citations and voiced their
concerns to Campus Public Safety.
Marijuana was found in a residence hall.
Vehicle incident in University parking lot. No injuries.

Campus Public Safety assisted the Police with the
identification of underage students that were off
campus and intoxicated. Police issued out MIP
violations.

fraudulent bank activity.

Non-University affiliated personnel reported that they
tripped on University property. Person refused EMS
services and wanted to report the safety hazard.
A non-student fell while participating in an event while
on campus.
Drug paraphernalia found by facilities staff, Campus
Public Safety received item, and Forest Grove Police
Department collected item as evidence.
Multiple forms of graffiti found at Lincoln Park Athletic
Complex, Campus Public Safety documented as well
as photographed location, and facilities work order
submitted.
Student reported the possible theft of a USB drive.
Campus Public Safety responded to a report of a
medical issue; party was not transported to a medical
facility.
Campus Public Safety discovered damage to a
parking sign on University property.
Staff member was bitten by a wild squirrel.
Campus Public Safety was called to a report of a
vehicle being broken into. Detailed inventory list
provided by reporting party. Forest Grove PD
contacted for report filing.
Faculty reported theft of University property while
visiting family out of state. Report completed with
local police department and Campus Public Safety.
No suspects at this time.

the intersection of Washington and 8th Avenue next
to the Hillsboro campus. None of the parties involved
had any affiliation with the University.
