Pacific University Name Badges
The Purchasing Department orders all university name badges and adheres to the guidelines below established
with MarCom. Orders are placed each Friday as a cost containment and time management measure.
Communication is maintained with the requesting department when an order is held to meet a minimum of 10
for additional cost containment.
 Name Badge Procedure and Name Badge Order Form can be found on the University Website,
Business Office page, Purchasing section.
 Please email completed order form to purchasing@pacificu.edu
 Due to the number of e-mails received daily, please specify in the subject line of the email Name Badge
Order so that the request is addressed in a timely fashion.
 If you need more than one badge per name, repeat the entry equal to the number desired.
