adding
to
Outlook
2007
The
Shannon
Park
Elementary
calendar
is
a
public
calendar
shared
on
Google
Calendars.
The
following
instructions
show
how
to
include
the
calendar
into
Outlook
2007.
Select
Tools/Account
Settings
from
the
menu
bar.
Click
the
“Internet
Calendars”
tab
Click
the
“New…”
button
–
the
following
dialog
is
shown
Paste
the
following
URL
into
the
dialog
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/882vl7eiko6pq86smlodsqrfs0%40group.cal
endar.google.com/public/basic.ics
The
following
dialog
appears:
Enter
a
name
for
the
folder
and
click
OK.
Shannon
Park
Elementary
calendar
now
shows
in
Outlook
Account
Settings:
On
the
left
hand
side
toolbar,
make
sure
the
calendar
is
checked
so
that
it’s
displayed
You
can
overlay
Shannon
Park
Calendar
items
on
your
own
by
selecting
the
“View
in
Overlay
Mode”
option
from
the
View
menu:
