GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING CURRICULAR PROPOSALS
RESTRUCTURING MAJORS OR MINORS
Instructions: Please follow the format below in preparing proposals to bring before the
Curriculum Committee that will change courses offered in a major/minor within your division.
If you are changing or adding any new courses to your curriculum, please complete and submit a
Course Proposal Form to the Curriculum Committee as well. All proposals changing division
curricula must be approved by Division Chairs prior to submitting them for consideration by the
Curriculum Committee.

major/minor, please complete and submit a Restructuring Majors/Minors Proposal Form to
the Curriculum Committee as well. All proposals changing division curricula must be approved
