Instructions to Students regarding repeater exam form submission
1.
End examination of all programmes of School of Architecture, Science and Technology (except B.Tech.
Marine Engineering 3 programmes and B.Sc. Nautical Science) are scheduled from 5th Jan 2016 onwards.
(Time Tables and exam schedule is available on the website.)
2.
End examination of B.Tech. Marine Engineering and Nautical Science programmes will be started from 8 th
Dec 2015 onwards. (Time Tables and exam schedule is available on the website.)
3.
End Exam Form for repeater students for all programmes is available on the website.
4.
Students of B.Tech. Marine Engineering and B.Sc. Nautical Science have to fill up their end exam form upto
20-Nov-2015 by online process only. (Exam started from 8 th Dec 2015)
5.
Students of Architecture programmes, Science Programmes and other Engg. Programmes have to fill up
their end exam form up to 30-Nov-2015 by online process only. (Exam will start from 5th Jan 2016)
6.
Kindly note that there will not be any extension of date after last date of exam form fill up; hence there will
not be any late fee.
7.
Students of old 9 digits PRN will get their new (revised) 16 digit PRN in the Excel file given below of these
instructions or they may confirm from their respective study center.
8.
Repeater students have to pay Rs. 500/- examination fees for this exam event which includes Theory,
Practical, TW, Project, SV, STW, etc. There will be no limit of subjects filling the exam form. Exam fee will
be same for any number of subject/subjects.
9.
Exam Fee may be paid by E-Challan/Debit or Credit Card/Net Banking.
10.
Students have to appear for the exam on the allotted exam center only. The list of exam center will be
available on the website till the Second Week of Dec 2015.
11.
Hall Tickets of the eligible students will be available on the website after Second Week of Dec 2015 and the
instructions about “Download Hall Tickets” will be available on the same week. Without hall ticket
student could not appear for the exam for any reason.
12.
Study material, mobile, images are not allowed at the time examination. In case if we notice any material
with the student; the Legal Action would be taken by University against the respective student.
13.
Not Admitted, Late admitted, not eligible students are not permitted for examination.
14.
Students have to check university website for any updation regularly.
15.
Exam Center change facility is not available.
16.
Students without hall ticket are not allowed for exam.
All the students, Study centers and Regional Centers have to follow these instructions.
