Biography Eric Rubenstein has been in federal law enforcement since 1993 and a Special Agent with HHSOIG since 1997. Rubenstein is a part of the New York Regional Office, and works on healthcare fraud investigations in New Jersey. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Buffalo, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State College, and is currently in the process of completing a graduate certificate program in Healthcare Administration (completion in May 2013) through the University of North Dakota. Rubenstein is a member of the instructional faculty for the HHS-OIG Special Agent Basic Training Academy, and has served as a facilitator for the Inspector General's Academy; both of which are located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He has also been a regular presenter at the National Healthcare Anti-Fraud Association local, regional and national training conferences.
