From Soil to
Supper
Soil to Supper summer camp at the
University of Northern Iowa will be held
June 27– July 1st at Creekside Harmony
Educational Garden located behind the
CEEE. Participants will enjoy a week of
learning how science, math, health and
nutrition all play a vital role in growing a
garden and a healthy body.
Students will explore Botany, Art and
Crafts, World Cultures, Entomology,
Microbiology, Writing, Nutrition and
Cooking while actively gardening through
the week. This camp is open to students
entering 5th - 8th grades in the fall of 2016
and the fee is $45 for the week.
