Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
I would like to draw to your attention an upcoming and important date. On February 17, the Charleston
CUSD #1 School Board will be holding an important session open to the public regarding the current state of
district finances. This meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the CHS auditorium and will cover a number of issues
including potential cuts and an opportunity for public input. I highly recommend that our parents come to this
meeting to be informed on the issues that our district faces and the potential outcomes that may be in place.
