Study of Arm Movements in
Persons following a Stroke
A better understanding of movement problems that related to different
levels of arm control are needed to help us develop and/or improve
treatments for improving arm function.
Currently, studies at the U of D, funded by the National Institutes of
Health, seek to enhance our understanding of arm function following a
stroke. Participants receive a full comprehensive arm evaluation.
Inclusion Criteria:
1. From three months up to three years since your stroke
2. Ability to raise your involved arm upward to the level of your
chest and forward to a distance about half of your arm’s length.
