1. Documentation of learnings is organized in a clear
and orderly fashion – using one or more of the
following:

journal

2. Each document is labeled with a tab – using the title
and/or author’s name
3. All documentation is included
4. Includes a table of contents – using the citation
format distributed in class for each document
Narrative:
0 -- 60
The narrative demonstrates your thinking about your
beliefs as you encounter theory, research and new
experiences. It clearly guides the reader through the
documentation.
1. Contains original statement of belief. (Start with
this)
2. Contains a statement of your current belief status.
(End with this)
3. Clearly traces your documentation of the
professional literature AND how it has
challenged/supported/expanded your original
belief status.
4. Specific titles are mentioned throughout.
5. Text is well written/organized.
6. Text is technically accurate, word processed,
spelling and grammar checked.
Documentation:
1. Actual documents are included – as opposed to
abstracts or summaries produced by the author
2. Each document is annotated or summarized to
show its relationship to the belief statement
3. Documents are from reliable sources
4. Shows thorough efforts to find information related
to your belief

substance.

1. Show clear/sustained efforts toward exploring
your stated beliefs.
2. Both of your previously submitted progress reports
must be included in the front of your project to
receive credit for them.
3. Both of the feedback sheets that I gave you on each
progress report must also be included to receive
credit for them.
