Plaintiffs hereby voluntarily dismiss the above-entitled matter with prejudice, but subject
to the terms of the Stipulation before the State of Minnesota Special Redistricting Panel,
a copy of which is attached hereto. Defendants stipulate to Plaintiffs’ and Intervenor
Plaintiffs’ voluntary dismissal with prejudice of the above-entitled matter. All parties
hereto further stipulate that this dismissal shall be without any fees or costs to any party.
