ORDER
This matter is before the court on the parties’ Joint
Stipulation Regarding Defendants’ Response to Plaintiffs’ Motion
for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Litigation Expenses (Doc. 167).
The parties have jointly agreed and stipulated that a thirty-day
extension of time for Defendants to serve a response to
Plaintiffs’ motion is warranted due to trial conflicts.
Having
considered the Stipulation and for good cause shown,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants shall have an
additional thirty (30) days from the date of this Order within
which to serve their response to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Award of
Attorneys’ Fees and Litigation Expenses.
