The geographical boundaries of the MATC District shall be as determined by the
Wisconsin Technical College System Board (formerly the Wisconsin Board of Vocational,
Technical, and Adult Education) (hereafter called the State Board).
The MATC District favors organization based upon the geographical area of contiguous
school districts lying within the region, which can be served effectively and efficiently by
the district.
The District Board members shall be appointed in accordance with law by the presidents
of those school districts operating high schools within the district boundaries.
