How to Submit a Withdrawal Request in Access Stout
From the Home page of Stout's website go to the "Logins" tab at the top
of the page to get to Access Stout. Then, Select "Access Stout" in the
"Personal Accounts" category.

Select Term Withdrawal from the drop down menu under
the academics blue bar in Student Center .

Choose the correct term and click “Continue”. ONLY terms for which you
are eligible to withdraw from and that have started will be available. So, if
you do not have enrollment for a term, it will not be available for withdrawal
here. If you don’t see a term you have enrollment for and it has already
started please contact Registration and Records by email at
onlinewithdrawal@uwstout.edu or call 715-232-2121.

Check the appropriate fields and then click the Submit button to
withdraw from all your classes.

To Cancel
Your Withdrawal will be processed by the Registration and Records Office within 48 hours of submission-the dropping of your courses is NOT
automated and will not occur immediately. Upon completion by the Registrar’s Office, you will be sent an automatic email for confirmation. If you
wish to re-enroll for that term, you will need to contact the Registration
and Records Office at onlinewithdrawal@uwstout.edu with the following information:
a.Your student ID # and complete name
b.
The term for which you withdrew and would like to now re-enroll. This will only be available prior to the deadline for the last day to add a course for that semester. After that deadline, you will need to submit Late Add forms for each class.
To CANCEL a withdrawal: You MUST email the Registration
and Records office at onlinewithdrawal@uwstout.edu or call 715-2322121 IMMEDIATELY. While it may take up to 48 hours for your classes
to be dropped, often requests are processed soon after submission. If a
withdrawal is submitted and processed, the student will be responsible
for adding classes back into their schedule if they wish to cancel the
withdrawal.
Curious about the status of a withdrawal? Simply select the withdrawal
option again to see the terms for which you may withdraw and the
term(s) for which you have already submitted a withdrawal (and the status of that withdrawal).
