University of Wisconsin-Stout Policy Policy No. 76-16 Date: 6/23/76 EMPLOYMENT AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS • The designate for making a determination of the existence of an employment relationship for Stout is the Personnel Director. • In situations where a "contract" is identified as the vehicle for payment FPPP #32 will be used as a guideline for entering into such an arrangement. • In situations where it is determined that an honorarium is the appropriate method of payment, the Travel Expense Report (Form UW18), should be completed and forwarded to Accounting for payment. • Special care should be exercised in completing an agreement for another UW System employee and/or another State employee other than a UW System employee to assure proper arrangements are being made. • There is a special restriction for all claims in excess of $3,000.00.
