Kirk Narburgh, AIA, ASLA, LEED AP | Partner Kirk brings twenty-six years of professional experience to his position as partner-incharge of King + King’s Higher Education Studio. Kirk possesses a unique ability to genuinely listen to clients, interpret their needs and concerns, and bring their vision to life. He actively fosters a fun atmosphere and a teamwork approach with all who are involved in his projects. As an adjunct professor at Syracuse University’s School of Architecture for the past twenty years, Kirk keeps current on and teaches the latest design trends and technology in the marketplace. He is uniquely qualified as both a registered architect and a landscape architect. Kirk was the first LEED Accredited Professional at King + King Architects in 2002 and has fostered the development of over 26 LEED Accredited professionals now on staff. Sustainable practices are at the root of all design discussions with his Higher Education clients and projects. Kirk is an alumnus of Syracuse University where he earned a Master of Architecture and Cornell University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. Kirk is the partner-in-charge on all higher education projects including the SUNY Brockport Special Events Recreation Center and Tuttle Complex Master Plan and Reprogramming Study.
