RINTING

:

ALWAYS use the “Print Preview” option to see what exactly is going to print - especially when printing from Internet websites.

After selecting “Print”, use the “Page Range” function to select only the pages you need to turn in or use for reference.

To print multiple pages per sheet, select “Print” and in the bottom drop-down menu choose “2 Pages” per sheet. Do a test run and print only the first few pages to make sure the type is large enough to read. Note - our printers print front and back and you will be charged for 2 pages, one for the front and one for the back.

Save PDF files to a USB drive - this is especially helpful for research articles. Read them on the computer to save on printing costs and evaluate each document to see if it will be helpful in your research before making the decision to print.

Advise your instructors of the costs of required printing of their electronic handouts, lessons, presentations, etc.
