Interviewed more than 10 individuals for first generation college student qualitative study. Conducted analysis for two research projects. Montclair Public Schools, Montclair, NJ Intern for the District Parent Coordinator September 2012-May 2013 Coordinate and supervise an after school program with more than 60 elementary school children and over 15 tutors. Plan and organized over more than 8 parent workshops Plan and organized over 5 community partner workshops designed for student achievement and community involvement.
