In addition, the system will be used for the Hubble Fellowship Program as well as the NASA Initiative to Develop Education Through Astronomy Research Grants Program. The main features of the system are the electronic submission of: Budgets Performance reports Financial reports including payment requests Other administrative requests such as extension and equipment requests The system will also provide electronic notification of grant awards and amendments as well as real-time access to proposal and grant status information. We have begun to implement the System. The Grants Administration Office is contacting the Authorizing Officials (AOs) of each institution to activate institutional accounts.
