b. 2400-17 Appraisal Summary and Report of Timber Sale
c. Financial Statement
d. Surety, Letter of Credit, etc.
e. Specified Road Plan
f. Timber Sale Contract including Clauses, Sale Area Map and Specified Road data
g. Plan of Operation (optional, may be filed in 4 or 5)
h. Agreements to Modify Contract, etc.
2. First Part – Right side – Chronological date order
a. Bill for Collection
