82 – SAMPLE AGREEMNTS. Agreement shown in sections 82.1-82.4 of parent text
are approved for use without prior Regional Office review. No changes may be
made that conflict with special clauses required in Section 71.26 of parent text.
Changes representing a new use of a cited legal authority shall not be made without
approval from the Director of Fiscal Management.
Agreements refeerenced in Section 82.7 are approved for use without Regional
Office review as provided in FSM 1830.
