CHAPTER 6410 - PERSONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
6414 - CONTROLS.
6414.1 - Accountable Property Officer. Accountable Property Officers for Fishlake
National Forest units are designated as follows:
1. District Rangers are designated as Accountable Property Officers for their
Districts. The Rangers have custodial responsibility for both real and personal property
but can redelegate this responsibility.
2. The Forest Budget and Finance Officer is designated as Accountable
Property Officer for the Supervisor's Office.
3. The Timber Project Staff is designated as Accountable property Officer for the
Richfield Warehouse Fire Cache.
4.
The Pre-Construction/Construction Engineer, supervisor's Office, is
designated as Accountable Property Officer, engineering account.
5. The Forest Facility Management Specialist is designated as Accountable
Property Officer for the road crew and equipment operators account.
6. The Electronic Technician is designated as Accountable Property Officer for
radio and microwave equipment.
7. The Forest Accounting Technician is designated as Property Accounting
Clerk for the Forest.
8. The Computer Programmer Analyst is designated as Accountable Property
Officer for the data communication equipment.
