Conservation Practices Work Plans (Form N-2200-9). Work plans are to be executed for all conservation practices to be conducted during the fee year. Work plans calling for contracts will contain the following clause: Contract Cost. Bids for construction are subject to approval of the Board of Directors and the Unit Manager. Work plans will be identified by Grazing District or allotment (for direct permits), and numbered by fee year and consecutive numbering for each work plan, i.e., EPC-85-1, EPC-85-2, EPC-85-3, etc. A "D" for direct permits should precede the allotment initials, example "D" LS for a direct permit on the Lower Sage allotment. A separate file will be maintained for each work plan. Follow-up must be provided by the Units to insure the work was actually performed and to the required specifications. 2. Certification of Cost of Required Conservation Practices (Form-2200-6). This form must be completed by the Grazing District or the permittee upon completion of the project and approval and acceptance by the Unit Manager or his representative. Costs shown on the form must be supported by actual cost figures with proper documents available to support those costs submitted to the Unit Manager. Receipts and invoices need not be submitted to the Supervisor's Office. For direct permittees, the form is due on completion of the project. Should actual costs vary from the estimated cost, then whichever is appropriate, supplemental billing or credit towards next year's fee, will be applied.
