The Contracting Officer shall make a determination whether legal review is necessary, and shall document the contract file accordingly. Subpart 4G15.3 – Source Selection 4G15.308 Source Selection Decision (c) Requests for approval of the source selection by the HCA or Chief of the Contracting Office shall include, as a minimum, the Request for Proposals, Technical Evaluation Team documentation, Negotiation Memorandum including the recommendation for award, and the individual acquisition plan as required in 4G07.104-71. 4G15.308-70 Formal Source Selection (e)(4) Use the template example established by the Washington Office. The Zone Acquisition Lead Contract Specialist shall review all documents prior to submission.
