• Effectiveness – enhancementstobettermeetourthreefoldmissionofteaching,researchandextension.
• Efficiency – enhancementstobetterorganize,manageandutilizeourresourcesandtocostlessthanourcurrentsystems.
• Innovation –trulynewwaystodothingscomparedtoourpast(invention+exploitation).
Resources: Openaccesstoallinformation/peopleneededexceptforpersonal(orotherwiselegallysecure)dataandspirit ofcooperationwithinthecollege.

supportservices,whererevenuesarederivedmainlyfromstateappropriationsandstudenttuitionandfees).
