Having in-depth technical expertise regarding your data

generators, batteries, switchgear and more, Mosaic Service
Managers go beyond simply monitoring the performance
of individual components. They provide a system-level view

•Service Scheduling and Coordination — Simplify data center upkeep and ensure convenient, seamless service delivery. Even if you’re responsible for multiple sites, your Mosaic Service Manager will collaborate with you to develop a calendar of preventive maintenance visits, as well as provide on-site coordination for emergency and professional
services for all your business-critical equipment.
•Corrective Action Management — Utilizing remote monitoring, Mosaic Service Managers will serve as a first responder to system alerts, and will trouble-shoot system-
level problems to establish root cause while providing on-site management of remedial services if needed. Additionally, they will recommend modifications to monitoring in order to avoid nuisance alarms while maintaining the appropriate alerts for maximum data center availability.
•Quarterly Business Reviews — With both technical and service operations expertise, Mosaic Service Managers will provide in-depth reviews of service activities; infrastructure status including outstanding maintenance or system issues; upcoming service activities; and service performance metrics such as response time and completion of preventive maintenance. They will also offer key recommendations for infrastructure improvement.
•Change Planning — Working within your planned data center changes, whether expanding or consolidating, Mosaic Service Managers will help you analyze the impact on your infrastructure and your capacity to support future IT capabilities. They will oversee any implementation of new services and systems, and will validate changes in performance.
