WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY FRATERNITY/SORORITY AWARDS
EMERGING FATERNAL LEADER AWARD
Any fraternity/sorority male or female who has been active in their organization no more
than three semesters is eligible for this award. It will be given to an emerging male or female
who exemplifies leadership, model behavior, scholarship, and potential for their impact on
the fraternity/sorority community. This award should reflect contributions over the spring & fall
2015 semesters.
The following criteria will be used to determine the award recipient:
 Representative of the values of your organization
 Involvement in organizational operations
 Involvement in fraternity/sorority community
 Involvement in activities/organizations outside of your organization
 Community service
 Academic achievement
 Leadership potential
 Model behavior in sister/brotherhood
 Scholarship
