APPLICATION FOR WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY GREEK LIFE AWARDS
INTERFRATERNAL MAN & WOMAN OF THE YEAR
This award will be given to a member who has exhibited the highest levels of leadership and
involvement within his or her organization, on campus, and in the community during his or her
fraternal tenure at Western Illinois University. This award should reflect contributions over the
spring & fall 2015 semesters.
The following criteria will be used to determine the award recipient:
 Leadership contributions and involvement
 Representative of the values of your organization
 Model behavior in sister/brotherhood
 Impact on campus/fraternity/sorority community
 Involvement in activities and organizations outside of the fraternal organization
 Community service involvement
 Participation in fraternity/sorority events
 Scholarship
