OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION ADVISOR
This award will be distributed to an Outstanding Organization Advisor who is an advocate
and supporter of the fraternity/sorority community and Western Illinois University. This
award should reflect contributions over the spring and fall 2015 semesters.
The following criteria will be used to determine the award recipient:
 Service to University community
 Service to the fraternity/sorority community
 Involvement in chapter operations
 Positive and impactful behavior on organization members
 Positive and impactful behavior on the chapter
 Representative of the values of your organization

Please provide a summary of the reasons you nominated this person. Specifically identify the
ways in which the nominee exemplifies positive involvement level, contributions of your
advisor, examples of your advisor going “above and beyond”, and how your advisor serves as
a positive role model to your chapter members. Please use a narrative approach as opposed
to simply listing activities.
Please only submit one nomination per organization and no more than two letters of support.
Letters of support can be written by current organization members, advisors, alumni, peers,
etc.
This application is due in the Office of Student Activities no later than 4:30 pm on Friday,
February 19, 2016. All application received after this time will not be evaluated. If you have
