Obtain permission to videotape students. Videotape a practice lesson to acclimate students to the camera. Set up the camera to include you and the students.
Choose a lesson where you are teaching so that you will learn more about your teaching. Videotape the entire lesson, including student independent work time.
Complete this rating form and written response items, including your cooperating teacher’s signature verifying the date of your videotaping. Submit this form and the
lesson plan to your college supervisor by the assigned due date.
