As a state agency the state is the permitting authority.
2. Does the health department review fall under El Paso County or is it internal?
The Health department review for the food service permit falls under El Paso County,
3. Will there be any available space for staging of construction materials prior to the May 16th
construction start?
We should have space available in parking lot #440 (bottom of Stanton Road-now being used by
Saunders and Kiewit both of those projects are scheduled to be complete)
4. Are CADD files for the existing building available at this point?
CADD files are not available for the Lodge.
