This addendum forms a part of the Contract documents, and modifies the following as noted
below:

ADDENDUM CONTENT
CLARIFICATIONS
1.
Construction Limit along north edge of parking lot - the west lawn project
extends to and includes the curb and gutter removal along the north side of the
existing parking lot. The west lawn project will include removal of the curb and gutter,
and feathering the new grading to match the grading north of the curb. The west
lawn project does not include the grading from the curb and gutter north to the
building.
REVISIONS TO DRAWINGS
1.
Addendum #1 Detail 8 Sheet C4.0
#4 Tie Bars at 30" CC shall be 24 inches long, grade 40, epoxy coated and
deformed.
2.
Addendum #2 Detail 8 Sheet C4.0 which is attached.
3.
Change the depth of the concrete spine from 7 inches to 8 inches, reference
detail 9 sheet C4.0.
