Library Proposal Metrics We requested a total of $2,284,073 budget dollars We received a total $801,861 award dollars The proposals requiring cost sharing participation were reduced from 80% in FY 07 to 44% in FY 08 Proposals Awarded - Small Cherié Weible applied for and received an award from the State Historical Society of Missouri Award was for research for her book manuscript “Swords and Plowshares” The award provided $200 for travel directly related to the manuscript research. No cost sharing required Proposals Awarded - Large Mary Stuart applied for and received an award from the National Endowment for the Humanities. Award was for the Illinois Newspaper Project – Final Phase This $692,222 RENEWAL award was one of the larger award received by the Library in 2007. Cost sharing was required.
