PROVINCIAL MINISTER OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS AND DEVELOPMENT
PLANNING AND THE PROVINCIAL MINISTER OF
HUMAN SETTLEMENTS IN TERMS OF SECTION 24K
OF NEMA (ACT 107 0f 1997, as amended)
Opportunity to participate: Interested and affected parties (I&APs) are invited to
provide written comments. I&APs should refer to the relevant DEA&DP reference
number(s) above, and must provide their comments together with their name,
contact details (preferred method of notification, e.g. e-mail address or fax number)

Cape Town in terms of the Chapter 1 of the LFTEA 1991 (Act No. 113 of 1991) on 30
July 2010 as Application No. 192724. The commenting period in terms of LFTEA
application closed on 30 September 2010. All comments submitted will also be
considered in terms of this application.
