Policy Statement
It is the policy of the Upper Grand District School Board to invest Board funds in
securities prescribed by the Education Act and its regulations.

2.1
It is the responsibility of the Treasurer of the Board to implement this
policy.
2.2
It is the responsibility of Superintendent of Finance to administer this
policy.
2.3
The Superintendent of Finance shall invest Board funds in the securities
prescribed by Regulation 41/10 of The Education Act.
2.4
There shall be a report on investment activity in the Annual Treasurer’s
Report.
