ADD
Medical Emergency – a condition of injury or sickness that manifests itself of sufficient
severity that failure to receive immediate medical attention would place the health of the
person in serious jeopardy
Trip Cancellation – reimbursement for non-refundable Covered Expenses in the event
of
 Injury, sickness or death of the covered person
 Life-threatening Injury or sickness of family member
 Or because the Family Member requires the covered persons care
 Death of a Family Member within 30 days of departure
ALL international programs are required to include the cost of this program in the
program fee. The cost for this year is $50 per person. This includes leaders, but not
any family members that may be travelling with the group.
