QR Code Stations is a kinesthetic activity which gets students out of their seats and learning at the same time. Students will need internet access, electronic device, downloaded QR scanner, and QR codes. Students walk around the classroom with electronic device and scan the QR code. After viewing video, document, or webpage, etc. to which the QR Code is linked to, students may have a worksheet, activity, or project to complete using sentence frames. QR Code poster 1. Link QR Code to math website with definitions of math vocabulary and complete activity using sentence stems. Link QR Codes on homework to math videos on how to solve a problem or podcasts of teaching a skill. QR Codes on maps or a globe to link to a video or webpage to learn more about a topic. Attach a QR Code on a calendar to link to a website or video of something that happened on that day in history. QR Code on a periodic table for students to use to answer questions using sentence stems. QR Codes can be placed on science models such as a skeleton to link to online flash cards or a video about the skeletal system.
