Monday, 29 June
“Anand" Anandalingam is Dean of Imperial College
London Business School. Previously he was Dean at the
Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of
Maryland. Prior to that, Anand was the National Center
Professor of Resource and Technology Management at
the University of Pennsylvania for nearly 15 years and
taught at both the Penn Engineering School and Wharton.

Rebecca Jennings is Director of Community Outreach for
HERA. Prior to HERA, she worked as an Assistant Curator and
Gallery Manager at the Violet Hour, London and as a Production
Assistant for Foxtrot Films Ltd, London.
Education: MA, Contemporary Literature and Culture, Birbeck,
University of London and B.A. English Language and
Literature, Sussex University.
Lynellyn D. Long is Chair of HERA Trustees and a consultant
on economic and social issues for international financial
institutions and private companies. She was an Associate
Professor of Humanitarian Studies at Fletcher and Friedman
Graduate Schools, Tufts University. She also taught in the
graduate schools at Johns Hopkins and American Universities.
Education: Ph.D., Stanford University, M.A. Harvard and
Toronto, and BA, Hon. Williams College.
Diane Morgan is Associate Dean of Programmes at Imperial
College Business School. She leads the vision and strategy for
the MBA and MSc programmes. Diane was formerly Associate
Dean of Degree Programmes and Career Services at London
Business School. Prior to that she was at USC Marshall School of
Business and New York University Stern School of Business.
She started her career at the Council on International Educational
Exchange (CIEE) before joining The New York Times and The
Washington Post.

Philippa Monckton is co-founder and trustee of HERA.
Previously, she served as a Director of R-Point, a charity for
Roma youth in the arts and education in Serbia.

Efe Olokpa is a Project Coordinator for the “Business in the
Community” programme and the Data and Mentor Manager for
HERA. Education: B.A. in History and Politics, University of
the West of England.

Hamza Siddiq is currently the Programme Manager of the
Global MBA at Imperial College Business School. He also
oversees Imperial’s programme with HERA. Previously, he
was the Director of Imperial’s Executive MBA Programme and
has been the Manager of the MBA Programme.

Tuesday, 30 June
Monica Piercy, Imperial Career Consultant and
Coach, brings ten years experience of working in
Business Schools. She joined Imperial’s Careers
Team in 2006, where she worked until September
2009 when she joined Chicago Booth Business
School to work with their European Executive
MBAs. She also worked in Portugal with the Lisbon
MBA-MIT program. She rejoined Imperial
Business School in September of 2012.

Daisy Ellison is a Senior Creative Project Manager
at Selfridges. She has also worked as an Accounts
Manager for Amplify and Producer for One

Wednesday, 1 July
Ian Kaye, currently HERA trustee and Chief
Financial Officer, is a big 4 trained accountant. He has
over 20 years experience ranging from team and
project leadership at large blue chip organisations to
running and advising on start-ups. Since 2001, Ian
has worked through his own company on contracts for
large companies as well as to create digital start-ups.

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Association of Accounting Technician
James Pattison is CEO of StartUp Direct, which has
provided loans to over 950 startup businesses. Prior to
StartUp Direct, James was an Oversight Analyst at
J.P. Morgan and a Corporate Actions Analyst for
Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and
PNB Paribas. He has also worked as an Emerging
Markets Settlements Analyst at Deutsche Bank;
International Settlements Analyst at Goldman Sachs;
and Financial Control Analyst at Macquarie Group.

Rebecca Jelinski is currently a Senior Manager for
Sales Enablement at Salesforce. Previously, she
worked as a Manager for Business Development at
Google in Austin, Texas. Rebecca has also worked as
a manager in Accounts and Business Development.

Rosemary Smart is currently a Strategic Account
Manager at Salesforce. She has held senior sales and
marketing roles with companies such as Jive Software,
Oracle, and Itim Consulting.

Jarred King is Managing Director at My T-shirt
Flashes.com, which provides customised services to
support businesses’ marketing, promotional and
merchandising initiatives. Jarred’s business started in
2010, further supported by The Princes Trust. Jarred
also serves as a Young Ambassador for Prince’s Trust.

Chantal Cooke is Co-founder of Passion for the
Planet radio and Managing Director of Panpathic
Communications. Chantal has worked as journalist
and presenter for the BBC, commercial radio, national
newspapers and magazines for over 25 years. She
reported from Bosnia and Northern Ireland, and writes
travel articles for publications including the
Independent on Sunday. She is a award winning
journalist and broadcaster.

Monday, 6 July
Dmitry Shaparov is a post-doctoral research fellow at
Imperial Business School. He joined the Department
of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Imperial
College Business after completing his PhD in
Management at the Judge Business School, University
of Cambridge. Since October 2013 he has been a
British Academy Post-doctoral Research Fellow.
Dmitry teaches Entrepreneurship in the MSc
Management programme, and has also taught and
coached on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the
summer school.

Angela Dalrymple is Programme Director of
Strategic Marketing & Summer Schools and
Principal Teaching Fellow at Imperial College

PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Eleanor O’Keeffe is an Irish/Canadian cultural
entrepreneur. She was co-director of the Jaipur
Literature Festival for two of its earlier years and
of the Shakespeare and Company Festival in Paris
from 2004-6. In 2007, she was one of the founders
of the Palestine Festival of Literature (PalFest).
Since moving to London to 2007, she has created
and run 5×15 – a cultural events company that
curates evenings of intellectual cabaret. Most
recently she helped curate the Borris House Hay
Festival in Ireland.

Michelle Morgan, artist and entrepreneur, founded
Michelle Morgan Art. She has also worked at the
Edge Project and interned at ArtSway and Arts
Work.

Clorama Dorvilias, a freelance designer, has her
own consulting company, “Creative Clo.” She has
also worked as a website and social media
administrator; a Housing and Community
Development Advisory Commissioner for San Jose;
and as a Housing and Community Development
Associate for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.

Patricia Keener is a career coach with Imperial
Business School. She also works as a training
consultant and coach for KeenerInspiration. In the
past, she has acted with the Casting Collective and UK
Employment Advisor with the US Embassy in
London. She is an Associate with the Chartered
Institute of Personnel Development and NLP Certified
Practitioner.

Suzanne de Janasz is the Thomas F. Gleed Endowed
Chair of Business Administration at Albers School of
Business and Economics, Seattle University. She
formerly taught at IMD, Lausanne and was a

leadership, negotiation, and organizational behavior.

Ann-Marie Cole is the Customer Centre Briefing
Manager at Salesforce. She formerly worked as a

Kezia Kaur, a health and beauty therapist and life
coach, founded Ashiana Retreats. She founded her first
beauty salon in London and was later manager of a spa
for a 5-star hotel in Marbella. In 2010 she founded
Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat, an Asian style health
retreat.

Eileen O’Mara is Senior Area Vice President of Sales
EMEA for Salesforce. She previously worked for
Oracle as the Senior Sales Director Ireland for UK Life
Sciences, High Tech, and Business Services.

Maury Peiperl is Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of
Cranfield School of Management. He also serves on
HERA’s Board of Trustees. Prior to Cranfield, Maury was
the Professor of Leadership and Strategic Change at
IMD/Lausanne. He also taught and helped to design the
Executive MBA programme at London Business School.
Early in his career he worked at IBM and Merrill Lynch.

and BS in Engineering, Princeton University.
Jose Miguel Munoz is Head of Finance, Disney Media,
and Senior Finance Manager Disney Channel EMEA at
the Walt Disney Company. Previously he worked at the
Walt Disney Company Spain and Portugal. Prior to
joining Disney, he was a Senior Management
Consultant at Accenture.

Chris Merrington is the founder and owner of Spring
80:20 and consultant, trainer and coach. He is author of
Why do smart people make such stupid mistakes, a
guide to negotiating more profitable client relationships.
He is also a HERA Trustee. In the past, Chris worked
as a Business Development Director for Carlson
Marketing Group and as a Director for FKB Carlson.

Fotis Begklis is a Learning Technologist in Media and
Learning Technology at Imperial. Prior to Imperial, he
was an Academic Developer of Technology Enhanced
Learning at Goldsmiths and a Multi-media Developer at
the School of Oriental and Asian Studies (SOAS) and
Pearson. He has also worked as an Interactive TV
Producer for Homechoice.

Thursday, 16 July – Incubator Support
Rahul Bansal is currently Deputy Director of Education
at Climate-KIC, a public-private partnership focused on
climate change. Prior to that, he served as a Director at
the Women’s Wellness Centre. Rahul received a Rajiv
Gandhi Centre Scholarship for Innovation and
Entrepreneurship to pursue his MBA at Imperial. Prior
to coming to London, he transformed a company to
profit-making by changing their business model.

Ebrahim Mohamed is Director of Climate-KIC’s
Education Programme. Prior to this role, Ebrahim was
the Director of Imperial’s Executive MBA Programme.
He is also a Principal Teaching Fellow and Faculty
Member in Imperial College’s Finance and Accounting
Department and Imperial Entrepreneurship Hub. He is
an accredited examiner of the University of London
external programme and a fellow of the Higher
Education Academy.

Dorothy (Dot) Griffiths is Professor of Human Resource
Management and Head of Programmes. Dot is also the
Provost’s Envoy for Gender Equality and a non-Executive
Director and Chair of a UK National Health Service Trust.
She was formerly the Dean of the Business School and
was an early supporter in helping to launch HERA’s
entrepreneurship training at Imperial. In 2010 she was
awarded an OBE for her services to higher education.

Saturday, 18 July – Graduation Speaker
Gubby Ayida is Clinical Director and Founder of the
Women’s Wellness Centre. Gubby is a Consultant
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and a Divisional
Medical Director at the Chelsea and Westminster
Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to that, she
worked as a Consultant OB/GYN at Barts and the
London NHS Trust and as a registrar at Whittington,
Chelsea and Westminster, and Oxford Radcliffe
Hospitals.
