EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Over fourteen years’ experience in Acquisition Logistics analysis, business financial
management, and management of technical data in support of several U.S. Navy aircraft, aircraft
engines, and related systems. Experience includes management of a major weapons system
technical publications library, management of CDRLs, Government Property management and
disposition, property accountability as it relates to Government contracts, analysis of tooling and
test equipment requirements, and analysis and preparation of program budgetary documents.
Additionally, have experience in shipping, billing, inventory control, and customer service, as
well as four years’ experience in managing personnel. Over twenty years’ of clerical,
administrative assistant positions and fourteen years’ experience in computers, data entry and
converting data into electronic products. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
EXPERIENCE

Provide Acquisition Logistics support for the F/A-18A-F and EA-18G APML, DOL,
Level 1 Deputy PMs, Level 2 IPTs, and Property Manager in the management of
Government property.
Principal assistants to the NAVAIR F/A-18A-F and EA-18G Program for management of
the program’s multi-million dollar inventory of Special Tooling (ST) and Special Test
Equipment (STE) in the possession of contractors F/A-18 Property Manager and
appropriate Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) and Administrative Contracting
Officer (ACO) to receive letters identifying excess Right-To-Title (RTT) ST/STE.
Utilize Tooling Information Management System (eTIMS) to review ST/STE-toPart/System data, identify ST/STE to be retained for future aircraft/system support, and
make recommendations for retention or disposal to the appropriate F/A-18 PMs, IPTs,
and Property Manager.
Prepare disposition letters or directives as required and ensure documents are routed,
signed, and forwarded to the appropriate addressee(s).
Monitor receipts at the Granite City (GC) Warehouse to verify that ST/STE directed for
shipment (and only ST/STE directed for shipment) is, in fact received.
Liaise with the appropriate vendor(s), Plant Clearance Officer (PLCO) as required to
correct any deficiencies noted.
Coordinate with the FST, appropriate NAWC, and vendors as required to establish
missing ST/STE to Part/System relationships in eTIMS, and coordinate with the eTIMS
vendor to enter these relationships into the database.
Continuously monitor ST/STE stored at the Granite City (GC) Warehouse to identify
property no longer required.

Make disposition recommendations accordingly, and prepare appropriate DD-1348
disposal documents.
Monitors ECPs, TDs, and aircraft configuration data to identify ST/STE in storage that is
no longer required for retention, make recommendations accordingly, and prepare
appropriate disposal documents.
Periodically (at least once annually) perform on-site inventory and inspection of ST/STE
stored at GC to assess material condition, identify excess ST/STE, and ensure that items
are stored to most efficiently utilize existing floor space, in conjunction with the FSTs,
eTIMS vendor, and prime/principal contractors, perform an annual eTIMS Algorithm
Review to verify and update tooling and requirements data.
Coordinates with AIR 6.8 to obtain updated “foot print” information to establish annual
GC funding requirements.
Coordinate funding with the appropriate BFM; project annual transportation requirements
and coordinate Transportation Accounting Code (TAC) funding with the appropriate
BFM.
Review PCARSS for serviceable F/A-18 Material (M), Agency Peculiar Property (APP),
and Other Plant Equipment (OPE) declared excess by contractors and coordinate with the
appropriate IPT, NAVICP, or NAVAIR Field Activity to identify requirements; prepare
disposition letters or directives as appropriate and ensure documents are routed, signed,
and forwarded to the appropriate addressee.
Provided support to the F/A-18A/B/C/D Production Line Transition Team.
Reviewed F/A-18 production Special Tooling (ST) and Special Test Equipment (STE) to
analyze its requirement for future spares and aircraft/equipment repairs and provided the
customer with a disposition recommendation.
Reviewed contractor excess Material, APP and OPE to determine the appropriate
technical review POC and coordinated with that POC to ensure appropriate disposition is
executed.
Coordinated with Procurement Contracting Officers (PCOs) in maintaining transfer of
accountability of ST, STE, and Other Property from current contracts to new NAVAIR,
NAVICP, and DLA contracts and assists them in the preparation and distribution of
Contract Modifications and supporting documentation.
Managed the F/A-18 Technical Publications Library (TPL), maintained a full range of
electronic and paper technical publications for the F/A-18A-F aircraft, the F404/414
engines and other aircraft systems, as well as any required specifications, standards and
other unique technical publications required by the Logistics Team.
Provided logistics management, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning and
engineering support to the F/A-18 Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics
(DAPML) for the F/A-18 Core Avionics Team.
Provided Business Financial Management (BFM) support to the F/A-18C/D and E/F
programs for NAVAIR, PMA-265.
Assisted in the management of O&MN, APN-1, and APN-5 accounts in preparation of
responses to budgetary questions generated by higher authority, and in the preparation of
annual budget documents and reports.
Collected and processed data for the PRL data calls and the Peer Review Process.

Operational Safety Improvement Program (OSIP) database that tracked APN-5 (Mods)
