Prayer
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever. Amen.

This is My Song
#437
This is my song, Oh God of all the nations,
A song of peace for lands afar and mine.
This is my home, the country where my heart is;
Here are my hopes, my dreams, my holy shrine.
But other hearts in other lands are beating,
With hopes and dreams as true and high as mine.
My country’s skies are bluer than the ocean,
And sunlight beams on cloverleaf and pine.
But other lands have sunlight too and clover,
And skies are everywhere as blue as mine.
Oh hear my song, oh God of all the nations,
A song of peace for their land and for mine.
This is my prayer, O Lord of all earth's kingdoms:
Thy kingdom come; on earth thy will be done.
Let Christ be lifted up till all shall serve him,
And hearts united learn to live as one.
O hear my prayer, thou God of all the nations;
Myself I give thee, let thy will be done.
Apostle’s Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
the Maker of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried;
The third day He arose again from the dead;
He ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the
right hand of God the Father Almighty; from
thence he shall come to judge the quick and
the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit;
the holy catholic church;
the communion of saints;
the forgiveness of sins;
the resurrection of the body;
and the life everlasting. Amen.
Gloria Patri
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Ghost; As it was in the
beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
World without end. Amen, Amen.

Prayer of Confession
In Unison
Merciful God, we confess that we have not loved
you with our whole heart. We have failed to be an
obedient church. We have not done your will, we
have broken your law, we have rebelled against
your love, we have not loved our neighbors, and
we have not heard the cry of the needy. Forgive
us, we pray. Free us for joyful obedience, through
Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
Pastor:
Hear the good news: Christ died for us while
we were yet sinners; that proves God's love
for us. In the name of Christ, you are forgiven!
Congregational Reply:
In the name of Jesus Christ, you are forgiven!
Thanks be to God.
L: The Lord be with you.
P: And also with you.
L: Lift up your hearts.
P: We lift them up to the Lord.
L: Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
P: It is right to give our thanks and praise.
Pastor:
It is right, and a good and joyful thing, always and
everywhere to give thanks to you, Father
Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. And so,
with your people on earth and all the company in
heaven we praise your name and join in their
unending hymn:
Congregation Sings:
Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of power and might,
heaven and earth are full of you glory. Hosanna
in the highest. Blessed is he who comes in the
name of the Lord. Hosanna in the Highest.
Pastor:
Holy are you, and blessed is your Son Jesus Christ.
By the baptism of his suffering, death, and
resurrection you gave birth to your church,
delivered us from slavery to sin and death, and
made with us a new covenant by water and the
Spirit.
On the night in which he gave himself up for us he
took bread gave thanks to you, broke the bread,
and gave it to his disciples, and said:
“Take, eat; this is my body, which is given for you. Do this
in remembrance of me.”
When the supper was over, he took the cup, gave
thanks to you, gave it to his disciples, and said,
“Drink from this, all of you; this is my blood of the new
covenant, poured out for you and for many for the
forgiveness of sins. Do this, as often as you drink it, in
remembrance of me.”
Pastor:
And so, in remembrance of these your mighty
acts in Jesus Christ, we offer ourselves in praise
and thanksgiving as a holy and living sacrifice, in
union with Christ’s offering for us, as we
proclaim the mystery of faith.
Congregation sings:
Christ has died; Christ is risen; Christ will come again.
Pastor:
Pour out your Holy Spirit on us gathered here, and
on these gifts of bread and wine. Make them be
for us the body and blood of Christ, that we may
be for the world the body of Christ, redeemed by
this blood.
By your Spirit make us one with Christ, one with
each other, and one in ministry to all the world,
until Christ comes in final victory, and we feast at
his heavenly banquet. Through you son Jesus
Christ, with the Holy Spirit in your holy church, all
honor and glory is yours, Almighty Father, now
and forever.
Congregation sings:
Amen ~ Amen ~ Amen
Makes us...

Great is Thy Faithfulness
#140
Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father,
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above,
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
Benediction
The LORD bless you and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine upon you
and be gracious to you;
the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace.
Numbers 6:24
Shalom to you now, shalom, my friends.
May God’s full mercies bless you, my friends.
In all your living and through your loving,
Christ be your shalom,
