It is to teach you this: –Personal, relational and leadership skills • to teach you how to: – walk, talk, make a good impression, present your ideas, think for yourself, work with difficult people, and seek personal excellence in the face of difficulty. – Besides having the skills of a leader, you must also know the underlying principles by which leaders make decisions and lead their lives. The bottom line is that we believe you can do so much more than you have dared to believe! It’s time now for you to believe in yourself ! • Let’s get into groups of 3 or 4. • Each group needs a marker and a piece of paper. • Brainstorm and write down on the paper: – What is a leader?
