With additional language that the recommendation is conditional basis pending the resolution of concerns expressed in the project review process. 4. “No action, wait and see.” Wait to address with an amendment as needed after the study is complete. Potentially make reference to the study but note that given the early nature of the work. It will be readdressed by the MPO once a preferred alternative is identified.
