Procedures:
1. Using the scissors, and cutting only the skin, make a
horizontal cut along the underside of the chicken wing
2. Again, only cutting the skin, make vertical cut on the
wing.
3. Using the scalpel, peel back the skin. Try not to cut
any muscle.
4. Locate a muscle, tendon, and ligament. Pull on the different muscles and observe what
happens.
5. Pull apart the elbow joint and locate the cartilage.
